Yes. Beo Art Studio provides live event painting across all 36 Nigerian states and FCT Abuja. For events outside Lagos and Bayelsa, travel and accommodation costs are factored into the project quote. Contact us with your city and event date to confirm availability.

How out-of-city bookings work

For events in Lagos and Bayelsa (our home base), travel is included in the package price. For events in Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Warri, Kano, and other cities, we add a logistics component to the quote covering transport and accommodation for the artist. This is itemised transparently — you know exactly what each part of the quote covers.

How far in advance should I book for out-of-city events?

At least 4–6 weeks for events outside our base. This allows time to confirm dates, arrange logistics, and complete any pre-event briefing (subject references, venue layout discussion). For weddings and large corporate events where the live painting is a key feature, booking 2–3 months out is ideal.

What cities do you travel to most?

Abuja and Port Harcourt are the most frequently requested outside our base. We also regularly travel to Benin City, Enugu, Warri, and Uyo for commercial and event commissions. No city in Nigeria is unreachable — the logistics just need to be planned.
