Welcome to Beo Art Studio. By booking a service, using our website, submitting a request, or using any of our digital tools, you agree to the terms below. These terms exist to ensure clarity, fairness, and respect throughout every creative collaboration.

1. Bookings & Payments (Art Services)

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm all custom art orders (portraits, murals, event art).
  • The remaining balance is due upon completion or before delivery.
  • Payments are made through approved channels shared via our contact page.

2. Turnaround Time

  • Portraits are typically completed within 7–14 business days after deposit.
  • Murals and large installations are scheduled based on project scope and location.

3. Revisions

  • One free revision is included with each custom artwork.
  • Additional revisions may attract extra charges depending on complexity.

4. Digital Tools & Online Services

Beo Art Studio may offer online tools, generators, previews, or digital services. These tools are provided “as is” for creative and visual reference purposes.

  • Results may vary depending on input quality.
  • We do not guarantee exact outcomes or perfection.
  • Tools may change, pause, or be discontinued at any time.

5. User Uploads

  • You confirm that you own or have permission to upload any images or content.
  • Uploaded files may be processed temporarily to deliver the requested service.
  • We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

6. Copyright & Usage

  • All artworks remain the intellectual property of Beo Art Studio unless transferred in writing.
  • We may showcase completed works for portfolio and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in advance.
  • Clients may not reproduce, resell, or commercially use artworks without written permission.

7. Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
  • If cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered.

8. Respectful Communication

We value respectful and patient communication. Abusive or disrespectful behavior may result in service refusal without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

Beo Art Studio shall not be liable for indirect losses, delays outside our control, or dissatisfaction based on subjective artistic preference once approved.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
