Terms of Service – Beo Art Studio
Welcome to Beo Art Studio! By booking a service, making a request, or purchasing any artwork, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are here to ensure clarity and mutual respect in every creative collaboration.
1. Booking & Payments
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm all custom orders (e.g. portraits, murals, event setups).
- The remaining balance is due upon delivery or completion.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or other verified channels provided on the contact page.
2. Turnaround Time
- Portraits are typically completed within 7–14 business days after deposit.
- Murals and installations may require a timeline based on scope — details are shared during consultation.
3. Revisions
- One free revision is included with each custom project.
- Additional revisions may attract extra fees, depending on complexity.
4. Copyright & Usage
- All artworks remain the intellectual property of Beo Art Studio unless explicitly transferred in writing.
- We reserve the right to share completed works (unless requested otherwise by the client in advance) for portfolio, website, and social media promotion.
- Clients may not reproduce or resell artworks without written permission.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
- If a client cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be considered depending on prep work done.
6. Delivery & Framing
- We offer free delivery within Nigeria for framed pieces.
- International delivery is available on request and will include additional costs.
7. Respectful Communication
- We work hard to deliver beautiful, meaningful art. Please treat our team with respect and patience throughout the creative process.
