This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services and products offered by Beo Art Studio.
1. Custom Art Services
- Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
- If cancelled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered.
2. Physical Artworks
- Completed and delivered artworks are not refundable.
- Damages during delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
3. Digital Tools & Online Services
- Digital tools and generated outputs are non-refundable once used.
- Results depend on user input and are provided for creative reference.
4. Subscriptions (If Introduced)
Subscription services, if offered in the future, can be cancelled at any time. No refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods.
