Portraits are usually completed within 7–14 business days depending on the size, medium, and current schedule.
What size options are available for custom portraits?

We offer sizes from 20 x 24 inches to 4ft x 6ft. Check our price list for full details.
Can I request a pencil or oil painting style?

Yes! You can request either pencil sketch or oil painting — each one is priced differently.
Do you offer framing and delivery?

Yes, framing is available upon request. Delivery within Nigeria is free and we offer secure packaging for international orders.
Can you paint more than one person or pet in the portrait?

Yes, I can include multiple subjects—humans, pets, or both. Just send me clear reference photos for each and how you’d like them arranged.Note: extra charges apply for more than two figures.
What photo quality do you need for a great portrait?

Clear, well-lit photos are best — natural light and no filters. Blurry or dark images may affect the final result.
Can I request a background in my portrait?

Yes, you can request a plain or themed background. Just let me know your preference and I’ll include it in the concept.
How many progress updates will I receive?

I share 1–2 progress photos during the process so you can follow along and suggest changes early if needed.
Are there extra fees for framing or mounting?

Yes, framing is optional and priced separately. I can show you options if you’d like the piece delivered framed and ready.
What payment methods do you accept?

I accept bank transfers, Flutterwave, Paystack and direct deposit. You’ll get a clear invoice and receipt once payment is made.
Can I request express delivery or urgent completion?

Yes. If you need it fast, let me know. Rush orders are possible based on availability and may have an extra fee.
