While the artwork was in transit locally for onward delivery, the dispatcher was involved in an accident. The frame was affected, although the painting itself remained intact.
Because delaying delivery was not an option, the artwork was returned to the studio the same day, inspected, and reframed immediately so it could still meet the client’s timeline.
For long-distance routes such as Kano, we sometimes use air freight services when timing, distance, or road conditions make it the safer option. In this case, air freight ensured the artwork arrived safely and on time.
